2. Non-Refundable Situations

Missed Appointments: Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments. If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice or cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the terms of your service agreement.
